I just wanted to thank your site for the transformation that I have experienced in three weeks. I came in feeling anxious, stressed and depressed. I didn't want to go to therapy because I thought it would take too long to figure out what's going on in my head and stop my mind from thinking. I was kind of skeptical at first, but I figured I might as well try it, and if it doesn't work I can move on.

It's been great. Since the first morning after doing the tips given in this site I regained my sleep. My confidence has come back, my mind isn't traveling at fast speeds anymore. I find myself being really calm. Things that might have bothered me in the past don't anymore. I don't overeat because of anxiety anymore. I have peace of mind. It's been a great experience. The best part of it is that I got to the root of my issues faster than I would have in years of therapy. People around me have also noticed the difference in me.

I am not sure where to begin. I didn't think that hypnotherapy worked. I didn't think that I was suspectible to the suggestions. I was so scared of spiders that I couldn't even say the word. I would see one on TV and I would scream and turn off the set. If I saw one in real life, I would freeze up. I would not be able to enter a room where I had once seen a spider.
I am not exaggerating when I say that your site changed my life. Not only can I say the word, but the other day there was a spider in my apartment and I overcame my fear. Not only did I not freeze up but I actually killed it. I never thought that this would be possible. I was so proud of myself and I know that it had everything to do with your tips given in your site.

I no longer scan every corner of a room when I enter to see if there are any spiders lurking. I am a more confident person, and it is all because if what your tips did for me. I'm coming along quite well. It's just so strange that I've had to adjust to not feeling anxious and worried all the time. I grew up thinking it was normal! Most of the pointless mental activity as quieted down. I can actually hear the silence!

At work I'm better able to focus on several tasks at once and complete all of them.My memory has greatly improved and if I forget to do something during the day I wake up with it on my mind the next morning. I also wake up in the morning with solutions to problems.And I'm finally getting the mess in my office organized!
